InlyTech receives the specification.
Assignment of Project Manager (PM) by InlyTech
Discussion of specification through telephone conference between RPC and InlyTech
Preparing the open issues of the specification
Clarification of open issues by RPC together with client
Decision to carry out the project. and assignment of project team members to project
Set-up the infrastructure of the project and project start.
Approval of the design by the client.
Weekly reports to RPC and regular telephone conferences.
Involvement of the client for critical issues by RPC.
Meetings between RPC and client at defined milestones
Delivery of the software from InlyTech
Review of the software by RPC and client
Solving of open issues by InlyTech
Acceptance of the project by the client.The project will be finished officially
